I’ve had the pleasure of capturing the architecture, culture and people of Toronto for the past seven years. But capturing a wedding at the Guild Inn Estate was truly a gem. If you haven’t been - picture a quaint restaurant interior, no pomp or fuss, just tasteful interior décor and fine dining, French doors that lead to a patio lit up with strings of fairy lights, which then lead to expansive grounds decorated with trees and stunning Roman-esque pillars and arches overlooking the lake. I am always thrilled to take photos of a recently engaged couple. Spirits are really high and it always shows in the images. However, this time, I was extra excited. For the first time, I’d get to do a photoshoot at the incredible Neon Demon Studio. Not only that, but it would be the first ever engagement shoot to take place at the studio.
